Open Positions:​​

​​1. Social Media Content Creator​​
Shape our brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. You will:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven, cross-platform content strategy.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos, graphics, and captions.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing for cohesive visuals and messaging.
  • Track performance, run A/B tests, and optimize content to grow engagement and our community.

​​2. Wholesale Sales Manager​​
Build partnerships with national/regional retailers, foodservice operators, and corporate gifting programs. You will:

  • Identify and qualify new wholesale accounts, crafting tailored proposals and pricing structures.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage orders, handle invoicing, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster long-term relationships through proactive communication, support, and joint promotions.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and inform product and pricing decisions.

​​3. Tea Innovation & Development Specialist​​
Lead product development to expand our lineup and keep TEA CLIMBER innovative. You will:

  • Source and evaluate new tea varietals and ​​high-quality ingredients​​ in partnership with our growers.
  • Apply flavor science and sensory analysis to craft novel blends and optimize processes.
  • Conduct pilot batches and consumer taste tests, refining recipes based on feedback and strict quality control.
